Sebago Lake 205 ft Waterfront Best Value on Sebago Lake
TWO PROPERTIES - This website will introduce you to two separately titled (adjacent) properties we own on Sebago Lake, South Casco, Maine. We've owned the larger property for 38 summers, and the adjacent property, used as our guest house, we've owned for 15 years.
Simply stated, after 38 years it's time to move on. We also own a golf course home in Arizona, and it's time to relocate our activities to the west coast due to our own advancing age.
Reluctantly, we've decided to sell now.

BEFORE YOU GO ON ....... There's a shortage of good waterfront in Maine, as there is everywhere in the USA, and what does not sell now will sell next year.
The USA is full of bargain hunters today, and I don't blame people for trying to capitalize on another person's financial problems, but that's NOT our problem.
Most waterfront property owners in this area usually own their properties for many decades, as we have, and I'm sure whoever buys our properties will do the same.
After reviewing the information provided, if you have further interest based on our descriptions, price of the properties, etc., please contact me directly, and we can go on from there.
I hope this website will provide you enough information to make the right decision on whether or not this property offering meets your needs, financial ability, etc.
Both properties would make an ideal FAMILY COMPOUND that would probably be appreciated for generations by your family.
Few quality waterfront properties are ever sold. Most are passed along "quietly to friends and family." This is a truly unique opportunity to find a terrific waterfront property at a fair price.
I look forward to hearing from you to personally show you where we have spent the last 38 summers. (No brokers, please.)
P.S. In 1994, I sold an oceanfront home in St. Augustine, Florida to the first couple that made an offer. I have lived to regret selling that property.
We will undoubtedly regret selling our homes on Sebago Lake, but advancing age has forced the issue.
Note ... the Florida property quadrupled in value since we sold it just 18 years ago.
Quality waterfront never declines in value.
